We’ll organize edge protection scaffolding and liaise with trusted sub-trades to ensure everything is in place. For re-roofs, if asbestos testing is required, we’ll arrange for a qualified tester to collect and send the sample for lab analysis. If the roof tests positive, we’ll arrange safe asbestos removal.
Once all planning is complete, we’ll confirm the start date and schedule with you, so everyone is on the same page.
Scaffolding is set up 1-2 days before work begins to keep costs low and ensure safety. This is a standard part of the process for every project.
On the scheduled date, our roofing team will arrive, weather permitting, and get to work on your roof.
We complete your new roof or re-roof to the highest standards, typically within 2–3 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
Once your new roof is on, we’ll have custom flashings manufactured to fit perfectly. These will be installed within 3 business days of your roof completion.
Once the job is finished, we’ll promptly arrange for scaffold removal, ensuring everything is clean and tidy, well-organized in advance.
